I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy, but being on the 5th floor with a sloping wall and windows facing the inner court was a bit unique. The service was extremely friendly and always ready to assist. The location was fantastic with easy access to restaurants and sights, although there was a minor issue that the reception quickly solved. The dining experience was good, offering a wide choice of dishes aimed more at local tastes. Overall, a value for money option with a few quirks to consider.
The hotel is situated in a lovely neighborhood in the heart of Krakow, close to the market place and with easy access to the Old Town Square. The rooms, though a bit dated with old carpeting, were surprisingly quiet and the beds provided a comfortable night's sleep. The friendly staff and good breakfast options definitely added to the positive experience.
The hotel is a fantastic choice for a stay with superbly clean rooms and bathrooms, but it can get a bit noisy at night due to the nearby bustling streets and clubs. The rooms come with convenient tea/coffee facilities, a flatscreen TV with English channels, and a small balcony, though they are somewhat small and basic in size.
I had a comfortable stay at the hotel. The room was nice with clean towels and linens, although the slippers could have been warmer, and the duvet bigger. The balcony was a plus, despite the outdated decor that could use a renovation.
The hotel's location is simply first class, making it easy to walk to the main square and other sites of interest. The rooms were comfortable with enough wardrobe space, although there was a lingering smell of smoke. The staff were exceptional in assisting us as foreigners and were helpful in arranging transfers. The dining options were varied, but some improvements could be made. Overall, great value for the price paid.
